Thuraya’s Missed Call
Notification Service always keeps you connected - whether you are
out of the coverage area or your Thuraya phone is switched off, you
can never miss a call with ThurayaMCN.
ThurayaMCN is a
notification service designed to inform subscribers of missed calls
.The notification alert is transmitted via SMS, displaying the
caller’s telephone number and time of call(s).
Thuraya MCN service is
offered FREE of charge to all Thuraya Prepaid and Postpaid
subscribers.
How Does ThurayaMCN
work?
Thuraya users will receive an
automated SMS informing them about the callers who tried to call but
were unable to reach them due to the following reasons:

The phone is switched off
-
The user is outside the Thuraya
coverage area

The user is busy with other calls
Make sure to activate
ThurayaMCN!
Users who have their
phone diverted to a number or a service such as voicemail will need
to manually divert to ThurayaMCN. If the phone is not diverted to
any number or service, users will also be required to manually
divert to ThurayaMCN.
How to manually divert
to ThurayaMCN

Choose the “Call Divert” option
in the menu tab

Activate the Call Divert Scenario
you choose

Important:

Activation must be done in SAT
mode only

ThurayaMCN works on GSM and SAT
modes but when requesting the Call Divert (1444), the phone must
be in SAT mode

To deactivate the ThurayaMCN simply
deactivate the call divert you selected
