| VDA The Vehicular Docking Adapter (VDA) provides a station for the Thuraya phone recharging and in-vehicle operations. The VDA complements the Thuraya phone by extending its operations and functionalities in mobile dynamic environments. The physical mating of the Thuraya phone with VDA is easy and straightforward and is similar to Fixed Docking Unit. All you need to do is simply dock the Thuraya phone into the designated slot of the VDA, and all the standard satellite-based services such as voice, fax and data and the supplementary services will be available while you are mobile. The VDA has an integrated speakerphone, radio mute capability, voice mute button, volume controls & external auxiliary handset. The VDA package will include external GSM, GPS and satellite external antennas, connectors and RF cables.
